Whenever we encounter a problem with a blocked toilet, we approach every blockage in the same professional way. In an attempt to minimise disruption and keep the cost as low as possible, we will always try to complete every job in one visit. All our drainage and plumbing engineers carry out all the necessary equipment to give us the best possible chance of clearing the blockage quickly.
All Easaway Engineers are professionally trained and experienced. After our customer call centre has made an appointment to suit your movements, our engineer will first diagnose the problem with the blocked toilet, make you aware of what repair works needs to be done and how long it will take. This work my include things like clearing the stack, plunging, manual rodding of the drain and high pressure water jetting.
If toilet waste has spilled into the bathroom, we will take an effective course of action to remove the waste, clean and disinfect the room. Similarly, if waste has come out of the drain, Easaway will remove the waste, clean and jet. If necessary we can also undertake such things as lifting the turf or placing gravel down to bury the waste.
Wherever possible we will cater for those people with special needs so as to ensure that the repair is done at a time which causes the least amount of inconvenience. Portable toilets that specifically cater for the less abled, can be provided upon request.
