We have over fifteen fully employed drainage engineers located throughout the Leeds and surrounding areas. Each of these engineers is training to the highest possible standards and furnished with a full complement of drainage equipment. This ensures that when the engineer arrives on site, 95% of all problems can be resolved in one visit.
At Easaway all of our engineers and customer service staff will go that extra mile to ensure the job is done correctly, on time and as quoted. Such dedication was evident when we were called by West North West Homes, who had received a call from one of their council tenants with a blocked drain. The problem had resulted in sewerage overflowing into the bathroom, causing faeces to spill over onto the floor.
Easaway engineer, Ian Ball was urgently despatched to site and after assessing the problem and reassuring the customer, jetted from the gully and stack and cleared the manhole. Once clear he then air rammed the bath and basin to clear the pipes. Whilst the blockage had been resolved, the bathroom was left in a mess, which under our contractual arrangement with Leeds City Council would normally be the customer's responsibility to clean. However, the engineer sympathised with the customers plight and decided to go that extra mile and undertake full clean, disinfecting the whole bathroom at not extra cost. Needless to say the customer was thankful for his support.
